Miscarriage Care & Early Pregnancy Support

This is a tender, uncertain space to be in, and you deserve timely, compassionate care, not rushed appointments or unanswered questions.

I offer first-trimester miscarriage care for families who want a calm, informed, and respectful approach during this sensitive time.

Support During Early Pregnancy Uncertainty

From the moment you have a positive pregnancy test, I can walk with you through the early weeks — especially if miscarriage is a concern.

This care is designed for those who:

  • Are experiencing signs or symptoms that may indicate miscarriage
  • Need help determining whether a pregnancy is viable
  • Are struggling to access timely care within the medical system
  • Want answers without fear, pressure, or dismissal
  • Desire a holistic, physiologic understanding of early pregnancy loss

You do not have to navigate this alone.

What This Care Includes

In-person visit in my office
You will be seen in person within a few days to assess your situation and discuss what you’re experiencing.

Pregnancy verification

  • Blood work as indicated
  • Ultrasound referral or coordination when appropriate
    These tools are used thoughtfully — to inform, not alarm.

Counseling through physiologic miscarriage
If a miscarriage is occurring or expected, I provide education and guidance on what is normal, what to expect, and how to support your body through the process.

On-call support
You have access to me for questions, concerns, and guidance throughout the process, including clear direction on when to seek emergency medical care.

Care from start to resolution
I work with you from the moment pregnancy is confirmed until the situation is fully resolved — whether that means reassurance and continuation of pregnancy, or support through loss.

Fee for Services

$500 flat fee

This fee is an exchange for comprehensive, one-on-one miscarriage and early pregnancy support, and includes:

  • Direct access to me for questions and concerns, 24/7 throughout the course of care
  • Clinical assessment and oversight during early pregnancy uncertainty
  • Blood draws and lab coordination as indicated
  • Ordering and coordinating ultrasounds when appropriate
  • Education and counseling regarding early pregnancy and physiologic miscarriage
  • Typically two in-person office visits, with additional follow-up provided via telehealth as needed

If the pregnancy is confirmed to be viable, this care also includes:

  • Initial prenatal support
  • Guidance and resources for establishing ongoing prenatal care with a provider of your choice

There are no per-visit fees, no hourly charges, and no surprise add-ons.
This fee covers care from initial contact through resolution of the situation.
